OUR OBJECTIVES:

To address the problem of Hunger in Nigeria per households by providing nutritional food

To improve food security at the household and guarantee that families have access to safe food that is adequate

Promoting good hygiene activities that will reduce the level of food contamination.

Providing and teaching rural communities about healthy living and development.

To reduce the amount of food waste by promoting sustainable conservation and redistribution of excess food to the most vulnerable in the society.

To empower vulnerable communities with skilled jobs to put food on their tables.

To be the first point of call for welfare and emergency relief for disaster victims by providing co-ordination and support in the distribution of foodstuff and relief items.

To accept donations of food, food-related product, money and other properties.

To co-operate with other NGOs with similar objectives and to work with other groups towards a solution to the problem of poverty and chronic hunger in Nigeria

Is there cost attached to these aids?

No cost a tall, it is 100% free. The FBN Initiative is sponsored by our partners and fulfilled by our bank heroes.

Who can apply?

We are providing sealed food aid packs to households that are in need of food, in hunger crisis or don't have the resources to feed.

What is in the food aid pack?

Our package comes with differen groceries such as rice, beans, red oil, garri, pasta, groundnut oil, and tomato purees.
It's packed in a sealed bag(s), with minimal weight, and is designed to sustain a household for a good number of days.

How long does it take to deliver?

We aim to fulfil all deliveries as soon as possible. However, a number of constraints might affect the delivery speeds.

How safe are the relief materials sent?

Our groceries are procured from local vendors & managed by vetted volunteers who manage the storage and deliveries. High qaulity personal hygiene measure have been put in place, and our method of disbursement also ensures that each drop-off doesn't create unnecessary cues or crowds.
